Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Develop strategic business proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and partnership targets.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
- Manage and expand online sales channels including marketplaces, social commerce, and direct website sales.
- Plan promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and managing sales pipelines.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.and retention strategies.
